Audio Isn't Playing??

Not all browsers allow the Auto-Play function to work. If you are having trouble with this audio playing, please try using the instructions below for the browser you are currently using.


How to Allow Sound Access on Chrome

  1. Click on menu (3 dots) for options.
  2. Select Settings from the list.
  3. Scroll down to the Privacy and Security section, and select the Site settings from the menu.
  4. Choose the Sounds option within Site settings.
  5. Toggle the button to turn ON and allow the sound permissions.

How to Make Auto-Play Work in Safari

  1. Click on Safari > Preferences on the top menu.
  2. Click on the Websites tab at the top.
  3. Click on Auto-Play in the left column.
  4. In the section to the right called Allow websites below to automatically play media. choose Allow All Auto-Play.

How to Make Auto-Play Work in Firefox

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go down to the Permissions section (or enter autoplay in the Find in Preferences search box).
  3. Click the Settings button next to Autoplay.
  4. Use the Default for all websites drop-down menu to select how you want Firefox to handle media autoplay for all websites.
  5. Choose Allow Audio and Video.
  6. After you have made your selection, click Save Changes.


How to Enable Autoplay in Microsoft Edge

  1. Click/tap on the Setting and more (Alt+X) button (3 dots) at the top right corner, and click/tap on Settings.
  2. Click/tap on Advanced on the left side, and select Allow in the Media autoplay drop menu for what you want.
